We advocate and practice a unique approach to our work that we call Fearless Communication.
Our clients will tell you Fearless Communication means courageous, confident, straightforward. Or all of the above.
But there are other ingredients, as well. The most important is that the client truly comes to own his or her own communication style.
What we do - and very much enjoy doing - is help apply a client's mannerisms, characteristics, natural talent and experience to communication. And we do it with positive, sure motivation. The trick (if there is one) is to recognize the possibilities, and then help the client realize them. It helps to have 25 or 30 years of experience in teaching and coaching, plus a law degree or two, and a passion for understanding others.
The word fearless implies ramping up the courage to say what needs to be said, when it needs to be said, and to whomever needs to hear it. It often requires learning something new about oneself. When that happens, clients rocket to new and higher levels.
It's important to note that we work quickly. We often are called to a coaching job in a distant city just days before an important presentation. Winning under such circumstances is particularly satisfying.
